We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding forex trading signal copying service, actively seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on an hourly basis. Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
2. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Chinese platforms like "Little Red Book."
3. Content Creation: Create engaging and optimized content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
4. SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track effectiveness and ROI, and provide regular reports.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
7. Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
8. CRM Management: Develop and manage CRM systems to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
3. Experience with Chinese social media platforms, particularly "Little Red Book," is a plus.
4. Experience in using various social media platforms effectively.
5. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
6. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Mandarin speaking is preferred.
11. Experience in the financial services or forex trading industry is highly desirable.

Compensation:

- Hourly Rate: $29-$44 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours based on performance and business needs.
